Main responsibilities

You will be a part of the Administrative department and will mainly provide administrative support for various functions including training and recruitment. This is a pro-active position where you will need to be able to demonstrate both resilience and flexibility in a complex and changing environment. You will need a good understanding of HR matters, excellent organizational and communication skills. Successful candidate’s profileCandidates for this position meet the following requirements:
university degree, final year student or close to completion
at least one year experience in a similar position
fluent in English, Ukrainian and Russian languages both written and verbal
adaptable to an intensive work environment
strong team member, with good organizational and administration skills (e.g., keeping accurate records and maintaining up-to-date systems)
attentive to detail and an able to work within strict deadlines is essential
able to learn quickly and apply new knowledge
flexible, able to deal with more than one project simultaneously
